We keep data while your teacher account is active. You can clear your students' Arcade data yourself, or ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Email support@classgameroom.com. A person answers every deletion request, from teachers and from school technology departments.

Where data lives

• The service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
• Teacher passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
• Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
