How do I clear my students' Arcade data for a new year?
In Arcade Reports, choose what to clear, check the count, type CLEAR, and press Clear student data. It cannot be undone.
You can clear your students' Arcade records yourself.
- Open Arcade Reports and scroll to Clear Student Data.
- Choose what to clear: Everything, One bank, or One class period in a bank.
- Check the count. Type CLEAR, then press Clear student data.
Clearing permanently deletes the game runs and answers in the part you chose. It deletes a player card, its tickets and its prizes only if the student has no work outside that part. It cannot be undone.
Your question banks and your teacher code are not touched.
To remove one player's card and tickets, use Remove on their card. This does not delete their game runs or answers. See How do I manage my students' player cards?
