How do I share a bank with another teacher?
Open the bank, press Share link, then Turn on the share link. Anyone with the link can see the bank and add a copy to their own Game Room.
Each bank can have its own share link. It is off until you turn it on.
- Open My Question Banks and open the bank.
- Press 🔗 Share link.
- Press 🔗 Turn on the share link, then copy the link and send it.
Anyone with the link can see the bank and add a copy to their own Game Room. The page shows the bank only. It does not show your name, your email or your teacher code.
Good to know
- If the bank is private, the link is unlisted. It is not in the Library, and search engines are told not to index it.
- To turn the link off, open Share link again and press Stop sharing. The link stops working.
- A bank marked as copyrighted material cannot be shared. If it is your own work, edit the bank and change that answer on the Bank Settings step.
