The Game Room

How does the Prize Shop work?

Students use tickets to buy prizes, such as a virtual squishy or a 5-minute Free Play Pass. Prizes they buy go to My Storeroom.

Arcade Updated

The Prize Shop is where students spend the tickets they earn in the Arcade. The prizes are toys they can play with on screen, for example a virtual squishy, digital slime, a sand-art bottle or a 5-Minute Free Play Pass.

How students shop

  1. A student makes a player card in an Arcade game.
  2. They open the Prize Shop with their player card. The shop normally checks that they have answered every question in their current bank and reached 70%. Correct answers on retries count.
  3. They pick a prize and confirm with YES, BUY IT.
  4. Prizes they own are in MY STOREROOM.

The Free Play Pass

During Free Play there are no questions. When the timer ends, the student can press Keep playing (with questions) or All done.

You stay in control

You can adjust or wipe a student's tickets from Arcade Reports. See How do I manage my students' player cards?
