The live report isn't showing anything

A different bank can make the live report look empty. Check which bank your students are playing.

1. Check that the bank your students are playing is the bank you selected in Arcade Reports. Old codes open the old bank.
2. Open today's bank in My Question Banks and press 🕹 Each student to get its Arcade codes or link.
3. Have students start a new session with today's bank code or use the new link.

If the report is still empty after that, tell us (see "Still stuck?" below).
