My bank did not save
If you see that the bank was NOT saved, your work is still on the page. Check your internet connection, then press Save again. Do not close the page.
If you see Could not reach the server, so this bank was NOT saved, your work is still on the page.
- Do not close the page or the tab.
- Check your internet connection.
- Press 💾 Save Bank again.
If the page already closed
Open My Question Banks again on the same browser. If you see Pick up where you left off?, press Restore it. See I closed the page before I saved my bank.
On the free plan
If you see Your library holds 30 banks, the free plan is full. Delete a bank you have finished with to make room. See What do I get on the free plan?
